Vestoris is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Vestoris is software for paper trading: orders and fills are simulated, no order is sent to any market or broker, and no money moves. Nothing in Vestoris is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.
1. Who we are
Vestoris (vestoris.com) is a product of JP Industries ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website, the interactive demo and the Vestoris application.
2. The service
Vestoris provides tools to model portfolios, propose and simulate orders, check them against compliance rules a firm defines, manage user entitlements and keep records. Prices are simulated by a deterministic model unless a firm uploads its own; simulated prices are not market data and must not be relied on.
3. AI features
Some features use AI models to explain, summarize or draft. AI output can be wrong. It is presented as a proposal or as text for people to review; decisions are made by the platform's deterministic rules and by authorized users. You are responsible for reviewing anything you approve.
4. The interactive demo
The demo creates a private sandbox with fictional sample data and fictional users. Do not enter real client or personal information into it. A sandbox is deleted automatically after 24 hours without use, and may be reset at any time. AI use in the demo is limited per sandbox and per network.
5. Accounts
Firm accounts are created by us, by agreement with the firm. An Admin manages the firm's users and their permissions and is responsible for granting access appropriately. Keep your sign-in details confidential.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another firm's data, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that puts the service or other firms at risk.
7. Your data
Your firm's data belongs to your firm. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be announced on this page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
