The SaaS-based, AI-powered portfolio and order management system.
Four components that usually live apart (portfolio management, order management, compliance and entitlements) on one data model, connected by an intent pipeline and a copilot that respects every permission.
Portfolio Center
Portfolio Center brings together model portfolios, drift, tax lots and a live risk summary for every account. Tell it what to do in plain English - create a model, rebalance a group, raise cash - and you get a preview to confirm. A deterministic optimizer proposes the trades; the AI plans and explains, and never decides.
Order management and blotter
Buy and sell, market and limit, single-account and block orders. Traders work them on a dense, live trade blotter with fills, slices and allocations one click away; every order moves through a clear state machine, is worked by a TWAP or VWAP simulation, and is measured against its arrival price.
Compliance engine
Twenty-five rule types, scoped to the firm, account groups, packages or single accounts, checked before, during and after the trade. Rules are written in plain English: the AI turns them into structured rules, asks when the wording is ambiguous, and says plainly when something cannot be expressed. A deterministic restatement shows what will be enforced, the test bench shows what it would block today, and a Compliance user signs off.
Entitlements
Six roles as default privilege bundles, per-account permissions to view, propose, trade and approve, and per-user privileges such as authoring or approving compliance rules. The check runs on the server for every action, refusals say what is missing, and the AI helps keep access tight.
AI copilot
One copilot for portfolio managers, traders and compliance. Its context is built on the server from the data the user is entitled to, so it cannot reveal an account the user has no access to, whatever the question.
Intent pipeline
Type "Rebalance growth accounts". Vestoris interprets it, checks your entitlements, proposes trades with the optimizer, pre-checks every trade against compliance and shows you each result. Orders are created only when you say so, and executed only by someone allowed to trade.
Data and feeds
Load the security master, accounts, holdings, prices, FX and corporate actions from files or standard XML feeds. Operations sees the start-of-day chain on one screen: what arrived, what is late, what is held, and what the data is as of. AI suggests mappings and explains rejections; deterministic rules decide what loads.
Workflow
Orders, overrides, rule sign-offs, violations, held data, access reviews and exceptions move through one workflow engine. Firms write workflow rules - who approves, which desk, how fast - and a live monitor shows what is stuck, why, and what will breach its SLA next. Workflow rules decide; the AI drafts, explains and predicts, and never moves an item.
What the AI does
- Explains proposals, checks and alerts in plain English.
- Turns requests and what-ifs into structured parameters, shown for confirmation.
- Drafts rules, access reviews, narratives and reports for people to approve.
- Connects signals across components into one alert.
What stays deterministic
- The entitlement check on every action.
- The compliance engine, before submission, approval and execution.
- The optimizer, the execution simulator, fills and slippage.
- The surveillance detectors and the hash-chained event log.
